Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because these items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or changes once production has begun. Please review all proofs, spelling, and design details carefully before final approval to ensure accuracy. If an error occurs on our end — such as incorrect engraving or damage during production — please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom or blank products may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unused and in original condition
Returned in original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your claim and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
